Eunice (Perlman) Goldman of Lynn died on Monday, November 2, 2026. She was 80.
She was born in Boston in 1945 and came to Lynn as a child, going through the city’s public schools and graduating from Classical High School in 1964. She spent the next year at Burdett Business College and went straight to work, first in the medical records department at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1965 and then, the following year, in the same department at Lynn Hospital. From 1982 to 1984 she worked for the St. Paul Insurance Company.
In retirement she took her records training to Union Hospital as a volunteer, assembling and delivering patient charts on the floors, a job she had done professionally for years and did again for nothing because it was useful.
She was the wife of the late Michael Goldman and the mother of Marc Goldman, who survives her.
A graveside service will be held Monday, November 9 at 10 a.m. at Pride of Lynn Cemetery, 89 Lake Shore Road, Lynn. Arrangements are by the Goldman Funeral Chapel in Malden.
