Michael D. Scott of Saugus, formerly of Lynn, died on Friday, September 11, 2026. He was 61 and had been married 23 years to Nancy Surette.
He was born in Somerville and raised in Lynn, the son of Charles and Dorene (Panaritis) Scott. He served in the Navy, worked as a foreman for Teflon Tubing and lived in Saugus since 2011.
Besides his wife, he leaves his siblings, Charles Scott and Lynn Malvarosa, both of Peabody, Dennis Scott of New Mexico and Daniel Scott of New Hampshire; many nieces and nephews; and his companion, Earp.
Services are private. Arrangements are by the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, Saugus.
