Peabody police booked nine people between Monday, October 12 and Sunday, October 18, according to the department’s weekly arrest log. Two drivers were charged with a second offense of operating under the influence, one of them also with leaving the scene of a crash that caused personal injury on Andover Street. A Gloucester man faces three counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug, and a 21-year-old was charged with failing to stop for police after an early morning chase that ended on Fulton Street.
